Childbirth Education

***All Childbirth Education classes are being taught virtually via Zoom until further notice.***

Jocelyn offers childbirth education in group and individual settings. She covers pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum recovery. Basic anatomy and physiology of labor and birth will also be discussed. You will go over comfort measures for coping with labor for both the birthing person and support to help achieve a positive birth experience. Unmedicated birth techniques and common medical interventions in the hospital will be discussed to help you make informed and evidence-based decisions about your care.

Natural Childbirth Classes take place in Norwell, MA. This class is for any individual or couple interested in natural childbirth in the hospital or home.
